Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm not able to get credit for banishing portals in Desolace. When I try to banish the portals with the Hand of Lruxos, I get an "unable to dispel" error.

Try relogging. If not, try logging out, disabling all addons, and logging back in. If not, try log out, close WoW, browse to WoW Classic folder, delete WDB folder, and log back in.

neither of those options worked, portals are blank which leads me to believe they are not open to begin with so I can't close them

I can confirm this. Also tryed all u did. In addition I cut out my WTF folder also.

Seems like, the Quest item dispells a buff on the portal. This buff isnt there. Thats why it tells "Nothing to dispel"
