Account Banned Maybe? Unsure

Character: Basilbur
Realm: PVP

As the title says. I'm unable to log in, I can't get the character select. It just says "disconnect from server." I haven't played Vanilla WoW in quite some time (months) and I've had an itch to play for a week or two now. I deleted all versions of WoW off of my computer (save retail and 2.4.3 only because I forgot the latter was even on my PC) and so I had to copy vanilla off my brother's PC with a USB. As far as I know, he never even touched the WoW client. I'm using Feenix's Vanilla WoW client but I've always used that to play on any Vanilla server, including Nostalrius when I was playing. Were my accounts banned while I wasn't playing? I suspect a ban because I tried to make another account and it said my IP was not allowed to create anymore (I only have two, one for Horde and one for Alliance). I put this in support, again because I'm unsure if it's a ban or something happened to the client and I need to reinstall. I have quite the slow download speed (something as small as the vanilla WoW client would take me probably 5-6 hours if I'm lucky) and so I really don't wish to redownload another client.
