Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I just registered, chose a realm and got kicked, I tried relogging in to which it goes straight to "unable to connect" regardless of it being correct or incorrect account details, had a look on the forum for a fix, found a thread stating to delete the WTF file to give me the realmlist choice again, but since doing that now i can't even move my mouse in the WOW program
