Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Account has been closed not to sure why this has happened its been over a week and still haven't been able to log on. terms of agreement have all been met. Ive tried to change the password and country ip lock as suggested for fixes for this issue. would like to get back to leveling up my rogue Urkbrez in you pvp realm. Any help would be grateful.
