Unable to Log In

Hi, my main character's name is Skasz on the PvE server. I was playing fine earlier today and I've come back this evening to play and am unable to log in. I know I'm using the correct password and username so it seems a bit odd.

Ok, I'm sorry to be a pain, but I've managed to reset the password on the account. I have no idea what the issue is. I was initially worried I may have been hacked (though I'm very careful about that kind of thing). Regardless, I seem to be in. I've now set a region lock just in case of any funny business.
