Why was I banned?

It seems I'm IP Banned or something.. I was flying on a flight path.. the server dced... and then i got perm banned? Did the server think i was hacking? Could I please get unbanned? Username: HauntedWoW

I was just randomly disconnected and banned too while creating a new character.. lol I have no idea why i would be banned though.
