Fuel For Zapping & Zapping Giants

So in Feralas, Zorbin Fandazzle is supposed to give 4 quests, first "Fuel For Zapping" and "Zapping Giants" and then "Refuel For Zapping" and "Again with the Zapped Giants". HOWEVER as it stands right now, he only gives 1 single quest; Again with the Zapped Giants.

Any plan on fixing this? 3 quests missing, that's a lot of missing experience...

Edit: Just turned in Again with the Zapped Giants and noticed it doesn't even give experience... Just great, now I'm like 40k experience behind my guide q_q

Refuel for Zapping is now available as well, but I haven't tried to complete it.
