Forgot my username and password

With the latest announcement and the newly kindled hope of Nostalrius returning I wanted to retrieve my old account information, to which I started desperately searching for "forgot my password" that the FAQ advised me to click. However, that button is seemingly not available, to which I have created a new account in the hopes that I could PM an admin with the information I have concerning the account, in the hopes of restoring my password.

Thus this post is primarily just so that I can become authorised to PM an admin.
