Always disconnected

I am playing Nostalrius begins in the United States, west coast, California bay area. I usually have 250 ping which is okay but I always disconnected from the game every 1-2 minutes. Is there a way I can fix it or should I change my internet to a better plan? It is kinda annoying because what I did in the last hour is just dc and re-login to the game.
If anyone has similar problem, please help me out. I love Nostalrius, it gives me a chance to go back in time. I just want to have a good game experience.
