Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I keep getting the "The information you have entered is not valid" error message every time I try to log in. I tried making a new account and it still gives me that error. I also know that my information is correct because I can log in to the forums with it. Are the servers down or something?

account login and forum login aint the same.. make an in-game account on the frontpage

Are you sure your realmlist is set properly to connect to Nost servers? If not, check your realmlist.wtf (you open this in notepad or wordpad), located in your world of warcraft folder and change it to :

realmlist login.nostalrius.org
Realmname "Nostalrius Begins"

Or (If the first option doesn't work)

SET realmList login2.nostalrius.org

Thats so strange, it works but I am level 18 and this whole time I have been playing with my realm list set to something different (something like test.nostalrius.org) and obviously it worked before. Oh well it works now, thanks!

I've been getting the same message, i think my account has been hacked. I was just playing last night and today i can't login with my password..

I know why, I just figured this out. It seems like some people, including myself, are confused on where to make an account to log into the game, and not the servers.

This is where I clicked but it makes an account for the forums, not the game client.
