Quest Water Totem

I lost the water sapta for the last part of the water totem shaman quest (part 6). When restarting the quest or talking to Islen waterseer or the troll nearby the elementals in silverspire, the sapta can't be picked up blocking me from completing the quest.

Is there any other way to get the sapta back that i don't know?

Group up with another shaman doing that quest.

I know but it's kinda hard to find a shaman online, that has to do the quest. I've sent a ticket to a GM 1 week ago and still no answers.

Hey, did you find any issue beside trying to find a sham to group with ? Is it worth it to create a ticket or not ?
