Ip adress token

Hello. I just got my both account's token but when I press Transfer it says I must use the same ip adress. This might be happening because I maybe logged in the last time at my parents house and Im not going there until the end of December. Is there a way to unblock my account's ip? Please assist

ps: The email attached to this forum account isn't the same as my nost account because I can't remember the password or retrieve it(can't find link)

Try disabling your browser's addons/extensions, they might be the culprit. Some players are reporting that using incognito mode in Chrome helped them fix this issue.

Ok, I have firefox and disabled everything but it doesn't work. I still get this error "You must use the same IP to generate and consume the token."

None of these possible fix is working. As I said before I might have logged in with another ip at my parents house. Is there a way to bypass it?
