Waiting for mail

Hello Support,

so I tried getting the token by account name and mail and your page says:

Your token has been sent to -mail address-.
Please check your spam/junk folder.


I Just wanna ask if it takes longer to get the mail?
Waited 1 hour and yes I checked my spam folder. :?

Try generating a new token.

Have tried this, no luck. Could also potentially be part of the problem... people not getting their tokens immediately spamming requests into the server, along with people trying to remember the combination of username/password/emails for long forgotten accounts also spamming the server to try and recover accounts

I am having the same problem. It has been over 12 hours and no token in my email. I have tried to regenerate the token multiple times, always the same message (a token has been sent to my email address check your spam/junk files). Any thoughts on why I have not received it yet?

Some players have reported delays of several hours. Please be patient and keep trying. Use Gmail or Hotmail if possible, those two seem to have the highest success rate.

Its now been over 24 hours and multiple attempts at a new token with the same message that the token has been sent and to make sure to check the spam/junk folder.If anyone else has had the same problem and fixed it let me know. I am using a hotmail account

I have the same problem :(

do you by chance have a period in your email address?


edit: alright well I just sat there resending the token over and over and it eventually worked in this last five minutes.
