Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

As you know, in march, there were a number of accounts erroneously banned. Mine was one of them; I appealed the ban, and I got my account back, as shown here: viewtopic.php?f=65&t=40885

Once my account was given back, I played on this server until the day it went down. Yet now, when I attempt to log in on the Transfer Token site, an error message tells me my account has been permanently banned. If you have any records of when this ban occurred, please look into them. As the thread in the link above shows, the ban on my account was reviewed and lifted, and your records should show that no further action was taken against my account.

Please -- any response or info would be much appreciated. I have absolutely no idea how this happened, and it's devastating to have spent the last few weeks getting excited about the server coming back only to have my hopes dashed by a false ban.

After looking into the timeline, it looks like my ban was lifted one day before the shutdown was announced, so I'm assuming the ban rolled back onto my character. Is there any way this can be repealed?
