Character retrieval failure

Hi, having problems retrieving my character. So: is it nostalrius Forum login (this name), or Nostalrius Game login that I use in the retrieval? Because im hearing from both sides. Also HOW DO I RESET PASSWORD HERE ON NOSTALRIUS? It says on the FAQ page that there is an option "Forgot your password", but there is no such option, I tried logging in in Chrome and Firefox and even explorer (yuk). There simply is nowhere an option for password retrieval! Halp! (the only thing I have are my emails, and that is enoug in all other services I use but apparently not for WoW emulators.)
Edit: got the transfer working. Still havent found a reset password feature.

sorry for "hijacking your threat" but I think we have similar problems. This is when I try to get my character tokens.
It tells me The information you provided didn't match any account in our database. You must provide a valid username / password, or a valid username / email.
even though I'm logged in here? so wtf? any help would be nice.

Forum account is separate from game account.
You cannot reset your password, that option was disabled when Nostalrius shut down.
For token, you must use your game account name and either the password or the email you used to register said account with. We cannot help you to retrieve that information.

are you the only GM working on both projects? or this is your full time job and you are taking it seriuously...
