Token issues

First would like to thank you for the great work you put into this realm and passing on the code to Elysium. Currently I am having issues trying to get my token to from my account. When I put in my information I simply get "The information you provided didn't match any account in our database. You must provide a valid username / password, or a valid username / email." I am almost 100 percent positive I have the right information. As I have played on many legacy servers and always use the same information for them. I was wondering since absolutely 0 of my characters pull up on realmplayers.com and I am unable to generate a token if there is a possibility my account was hacked and my characters where deleted as well as my entire account? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been racking my brain for days now trying to figure this puzzle out. Thank you so much for your time.
