Account banned request

Hi all, yesterday i tried to recover my characters from my old account but after entering account name pass etc it said my account was banned, dunno why because i really have never done something to make me ban. Is the a way to fix it, un-banning it to make me able to use them on the new server launch? Thanks guys.

A lot of inactive accounts were compromised and subsequently banned in march. If your ban wasn't under review when the server shut down, you're probably not going to get it looked at now unfortunately.
