Item got replaced by another item

Hi all sorry i post here but i don't get the confirmation e mail on the elysium forums on acc Rem1.
So my problem is my character hat Dragonskin Cowl of frost resistens +15 (it was having and an 8 spell enchant) is replaced with Crimson Felt Hat for some reason and i now have 2xCrimson Felt Hat (my old one with 100 hp enchant and a new one with no enchant which i was not having before the server was closed).Can my Dragonskin Cowl of frost resistens and 8 spell ench be returned i would be very happy.Thanks

I will just post one more reply because I figure out why the Dragonskin Cowl hat is replaced with crimson hat it might help ppl who wonders why their hats are gone.So it seems the hat got replaced because it got introduced in the game in patch 1.11 and we are now at patch 1.8 so the hat got replaced I am actually happy it is not completely removed.Well hope this will help to some other ppl who wonder why the hat is replaced.
