Banned after transfer.

Hey, my account was banned after I tranfered it from Nost to Ely. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I had to make a gmail to get my mail confirmation. I wasn't banned on Nost. Ingame name was Sherae. Please help me out, this is so frustrating.
