Seems like I got banned.

I've tried to reach out to a GM but was directed to this page (I hope).
I remember being just outside Booty Bay when I got disconnected, and I thought it was a server crash or maintenance, so I went to bed. The day after when trying to log on I was not granted access.
It really bums me out, that all my progress is locked or lost?
I hope you can help me out so I can keep up leveling with my friends.
