Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

* It should be noted I am writing this post with my tail between my legs.

Yesterday, I was roaming Arathi Highlands on my Undead priest named 'Deceiver', and while corpse running I bugged out and began to fall endlessly. I tried to fix it myself using the 'unstuck' feature, but to no avail..

So what would I do next? Write a ticket perhaps? No.. Its saturday and I want to play. *frowny face*
I asked my friend (who is also playing on Nostalrius' servers) for advice, and he said he had the solution. 'Trust me' he said. He connected to my computer using the remote service teamviewer and downloaded an application, and ran it. Seconds later I was disconnected, but thought nothing more of it- It happens. But when i tried to relog I was met with the text 'This World of Warcraft acount has been closed and is no longer available for use.'

Could an administrator be so kind as to explain what exactly It was that my friend did, and what I can do to re-open my account again?
