Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My client freezes ingame about 1-3seconds sometimes.

If go on ESC -> Graphics i get a freeze/lag too, about 5-8seconds.

System: Windows 10
HDD: SSD Samsung Evo Pro 850
GPU: GTX 1080 Ti Ref.

Things i have done so far:

- New installation of the game and drivers
- Update drivers + Firmware
- Checking hardware issues
- Checking configuration of GPU and SDD
