Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have an active account that I registered almost a week ago and it works fine.

I tried to create a new account for my wife today and she did not receive a confirmation/activation email and her login/password does not work. I checked the spam folders and everything else...nothing there.
