*Game Breaking Bug*: Casting while stunned/incap

There is the ability for players and NPCs to still cast while stunned, incapacitated, and anything that causes you to lose control of your character. I've even had Warlock's succubus seduce me after I had banished it! This bug is absolutely gamebreaking in terms of pvp and while I know the nost team has a lot on their plate this has to be fixed ASAP.

I've definitely noticed this as well. Predominately when fighting mobs that do a 1-3 seconds stun and a fireball continues to cast. But absolutely absurd in PvP for the receiving player

Confirmed in pvp few days ago. Bashed a warlock and 1 second later i got feared.

I can usually get a psychic scream off half way though a rogues stun lock, I'll stay stunned while they run off.

tauren stomp is almost useless because of this bug.
