Unable to do Paladin Class Quest, lvl 20

The level 20 Paladin Class quest, The Tome of Valor, has completely bugged out for me. I'm unable to find or start the quest at all. Character's name is Theodulus. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I have the same problem. I have seen a lot of paladins my level running around with the quest chains final reward, Verigan's Fist. Would really appreciate help, my character name: Thorlight. On the PvP server.
