This might be the solution (from retail wow)-

Try closing out of World of Warcraft and performing the following steps:
1. Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Screen Resolution
2. Click on Make text and other items larger or smaller
3. Change the size of text to Smaller - 100% (default)
4. Apply, click on Log off now and restart

or:

To fix mine, I went into options (not easy without a mouse) and under Advanced settings, changed the option "Hardware Cursor" to disabled.

After I clicked "Apply," the mouse appeared and I haven't seen the issue since.

Can you maybe try and go to your World of Warcraft folder, then open the WTF directory and open the file config.wtf with notepad.

Then find the gxCursor line and edit it to read as follows:
SET gxCursor "0"

Then save and try again.

look up the mouse manufacturer online and see if there are any updated drivers for it... install those, and try again.
