Terrible linking between mobs in RFK and missing escort guy

The thing that jumped out most was the terrible linking that exists (or better: does not exist) between mobs in the instance. You can pretty much pull every single mob by itself. A group of 4 or 5 mobs that I remember to be one of the hardest parts of the dungeon could now just be pulled in 1 by 1.
Furthermore, Willix the Importer for the escort quest was not there and nowhere to be found.
