Since attempted scams, cheaters, bug abusers and what seems to be a problem, I've put a little list here to give you guys some tools to quickly gather material in either screens or recordings.

Also, just for your info in case of a potential report; make a ticket as mentioned several times on the forum here and remember to make sure the name, timestamps and dates can be seen on the posted/uploaded evidence.

Gyazo - Link: https://gyazo.com/
Free image host, easy to screencap and upload. Support short videos as well. Works on OSX, Windows and Linux.

Puush - Link: http://puush.me/
Similar to Gyazo, uploads documents, videos and screens. Free to use. Can either capture target window, sized area and much more. Works on OSX and Windows.

SmartPixel - Link: http://www.smartpixel.com/
Userfriendly free software to make videos of your screen. Has it limits when it comes to editing.

Srecorder - Link: http://srecorder.com/
Simple program to make recordings, easy to use but again comes with limits if you wanna start to edit.

Theres plenty of programs out there, these are just the ones I have experience with. Feel free to share if you have any alternatives!

On Mac, shift-command-3 or shift-command-4 will take an immediate screenshot saved to your desktop no matter what application you are in. For video capture, control-command-N will capture screen video, but you would need quicktime open already and the active application...so you would have to toggle your active windows.
