Hi Guys,
Not sure if this has been posted about before, but every time I open the game all my options have been reset.
I have re-installed the game, but it did not seem to help
Can you suggest anything to me? Am I missing a crucial file set?
Thanks
Wreckm

Some quick things I found in retail:
Are you running Windows 7 or Vista? If you are, do you happen to have WoW installed in .../Program Files/World of Warcraft? If you do that would be the problem as the Program Files folder in Vista/7 is read only. WoW must be installed in .../Users/Public/Games/World of Warcraft
and
As above, running WoW as Admin should fix it - the likely reason it can't save your settings is because some of the directories/files in your WoW folder are marked as read-only.
You can either run WoW as Admin (right-clicking the executable/shortcut) or by removing the read only flag on your WoW folder.
and
If your settings are not saving properly, your settings folder may be locked to Read Only mode. Close the game and then find your desktop shortcut. Right-click it, then go to Properties. Look at the bottom left corner for a button that says Open File Location or Find Target, then click on it. Delete your WTF folder and then try running the game again. Log in and then try to change your settings. Exit the game and see if a new WTF folder appeared. If it did, did your settings save properly this time?

Hi Diametra,
Fix worked perfectly, I uninstalled the game from me program filesx86 folder and re-installed in the Users/Public/Games folder and deselected read only in properties.
Settings are saving now
Thanks so much!!
