RFK Willix the Importer Escort Bugged (Missing)

Willix the Importer was missing when I did RFK with a group at ~09:30 server time. I tried to open a GM ticket, but it just said "A new bugreport has been created for your ticket."

Willix the Importer shouldn't be in 1.4. They put the quest in a later patch ( maybe 1.7) .

Wait, really? Interesting. I thought he'd be in there since db.vanillagaming.org lists him (normally the new vanilla quests aren't listed, like Destroy the Legion).
