Account Banned?

Tried logging on this morning and my account was banned. I don't bot or multibox or have done anything that would deserve a ban. The only thing i can think of is i play from home and at work, and at work im connected to a VPN.
Has anyone else had similar issues?
is there anyway to appeal a ban?
