bug farming gold

Player Skandale uses bug with mind control . He take mob (Scarlet Archmage - this npc can be found in Eastern Plaguelands http://db.vanillagaming.org/?npc=9451 ) in mind control and use his spell Cone of Cold ( http://db.vanillagaming.org/?spell=15244 ) kills mobs . Scarlet Archmage don't have cooldown on spell Cone of Cold and in this way he it gets itself gold . I ask you to take action and fix this bug, sorry for my bad english.
