I have heard that a lot of people have been getting banned for using keypads and keyboards from other places.
Will I be banned for using http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance- ... rry-mx-red ??

The safest way to think about it is this:

Are you creating any macros that do things that would otherwise be impossible, or extremely difficult to do manually? (ie, macros that will cast X spell constantly one after another)
Are you using it to automate any tasks that could not be automated with Warcraft's own macro system? (ie, fishing & gathering, grinding AKA botting, multiboxing)

If yes, remove those macros. If no, you're likely to be perfectly fine.

Is it allowed to be online on two or more accounts simultaneously, and, for example, have one character on follow on the other, and kill mobs on the other?

In short, no it is not allowed. Not that I am aware of.

Not necessarily true. I was banned for using a gamepad only using in game macros. Nothing was automated, but my movements were very different due to the gamepad. I would use caution and just use a keyboard and mouse, staff treat you are guilty until proven guilty.
