Game feels really stuttery

Hey everyone, i'm not sure if this is the right forum to be posting this but I don't see any other which could make sense :P

I really want to play on Nostalrius, but for some reason I have a constant micro-stuttering and it makes the game feel really uncomfortable to play to me.

Here's a video showing exactly what I mean with someone else on the same game version having the same issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ho9vW88O2UM

Tried everything I could think of, turning on vsync/triple buffering inside and outside of the game in my nvidia control panel, fullscreen/windowed, etc.

Would be awesome if anyone knows if there's any way to get around this, only happens on this version of the game for me (TBC onwards is fine).

PC specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium
8GB RAM
i7-4790k @ 4GHz
GTX 770

I believe that everybody experiences this, just some of us notice it more. If you are focusing on your character, you probably won't notice it. Focusing on any landscape or trees makes the micro-stutter apparent. It bothers me a lot but doesn't bother my friend...

AFAIK this happened back in the day as well. Common remedies are unparking CPU cores or capping your FPS at 60, but neither have worked for me. I'm running a 970 and a 4690k and it exists no matter what I do and no matter what settings I change.

Seems like it's something we just have to ignore and accept.
