Quote from their rules " No recuperation of characters, equipment or gold will be possible in an hacked account case." I don't think you'll be getting anything back if anything was deleted or stolen.

This is amazing, I just lost a lvl 50 hunter with mining and enginering above 250, mount, gold and a lot of important stuff. There must be some logs or whatever. I also have vids and screenshots from the character.
Almost 8 played days deleted by a random hacker? Really?? There must be some logs or whatever.

Did you have a strong password? A strong password contains four random words. If your password was something like "password" or "jimmy12" that's not hard to hack.

Did you use the same password as another account or service? Do you share a computer with any friends or family members? Very rarely do people get "hacked", most of the time their password just gets compromised because of bad safety precautions. (Not saying it didn't happen to you, just that it is quite rare)

As of right now their policy isn't to get involved into cases of hacking or deleted chars. Even if it was you yourself deleting a char by accident they won't get involved . Maybe they will change their policy in the future but that is how it is. Maybe a GM or dev can come by and speak to you more so you can get some closure but that is my take on it.
