Banned or not banned

Hi,

I am not able to connect to the server since yesterday.
I get always the same message: "Disconnected from server"
Please could you tell me if my account is banned (character : Fieleux, rogue lvl23) or if I am facing technical problems.

Hey, have a question,
a player (blackperfume) Steals my quest items + steals a chest.
i killed the mobs for me and than he comes and steals 6quest + the cest.
sry for that i post here, but no idea how i can "report" a player :/
