Diminishing returnas WTF is THAT a lock doted me to daedh his fear not even braked after i have evrything at my ass most OP class ATM is lock for the sake of PvP this need to be looked

heh his "QQ" is legit, if you cast a spell on someone like fear... or a slow... or w/e... each time it should affect the target less and less. (eventually being resisted) This is not implemented at all. (at least from my experience)
super annoying with mobs who have any kind of snare.
