Banker account banned

Tried logging on my banker account on horde side today and saw a message that it was banned. After reading general forums I suspect the reason is for having 3-4 Alcor's sunrazors in my bank, which I bought from AH for around 300g each. And while writing this complaint there still is alcor's sunrazors on horde AH for 300g/each, that's just the current price. Is everybody who owns an alcor's sunrazor getting banned or just me?

And before anyone asks how did I get money to buy them, there's lots of people running with epic mounts and I myself haven't bought one, so that would be irrelevant. So I wanna know can I get my banker account back including the Alcor's sunrazors, or do I get robbed off 1k gold and whoever was abusing the chests mentioned in viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5096&start=20, which I guess my ban is based on, gets away scot-free?

How you got the money isn't irrelevant? Seems highly relevant to me, just say you got it through a legit method and you wouldn't seem so fishy. Hopefully a GM can come answer this for you.

Yes I can say I got my money legit and tell it to a GM but I didn't want to yell about it here and give everyone free tips.

I'm looking at the Terms of Use and the only thing I could find that might explain the reasons is the following:

F - Account closure / permanent ban : Most serious sanction. Permanent ban are rare but definitive.

Examples :
Possession of an item obtained with illegal methods
Advertising for other private servers,
Creation of another account to bypass a sanction applied on the first one,
Publishing a software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server,
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member,
Selling an account or gold for real money,
Account hacking.
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor,
Multi-account which strikes a blow to players,
Using bots.
Hacking.

In your case it is likely you might have fallen under "Multi-account which strikes a blow to players,". I'm not exactly sure what that means.

They've said in the forum regarding multiple accounts and multi boxing that bank alts are fine.

i don't think that is the case, as " Multi-account which strikes a blow to players" refers to PvPing while multi-boxing and i am quite sure he does not farm honor on his bank char.

He is banned for using the chest bug. He clearly admitted to it just now in this post. Also he created an account to bypass getting banned on his main account. Pretty obvious what he's done wrong, if he can't see it then it's too bad. Now pissoff you exploiting piece of trash.

I see it now and agree. If he used a dupe item bug to exploited the game he is no longer welcomed.

What is it with cheaters and hackers believing they are entitled to stuff or getting pissed when they get caught, or that they haven't done anything wrong? What goes on in their minds? Actually I really don't want to know.

If that was the case, i believe the staff in charge of the ban/appeal section needs to state it and make it clear, more transparancy is needed, not just for the individual that was banned but for the entire community to be aware.

Bans for exploit abuse are well justified and everyone involved in them need to go, but IMO an explinaition should be granted on public forums.
