No Loot On Some Mobs After Kill

Is this a bug or working as intended. The ratio of this occurrence seems to be about 1/3. I don't recall it being like that ever on retail.

I noticed it too, although by far not the 1/3 ratio that you mention (much less). But I think the difference with retail vanilla is that there you could actually loot the mob but the loot box would be empty. Whereas here you can't loot to begin with, which feels very different.

Why are there no further comments on this issue? This is a gigantic bug. I do not believe that these mobs that can't be looted on death are mobs that didn't drop anything. It's more like the server doesn't think you have the tag.

What's going on with this? It really, really needs to be fixed.
