I think i got banned today for using multiple characters at once. I think, because i had not seen the rules before i got banned. Before i'd seen more people doing this and i assumed it to be OK, which was wrong. I don't know if i can appeal this ban, however if it helps my case: i didn't use any programs(just alt+tabbing) and i did it when there are less people on the server, so i wouldn't slow someones progress.

If i can't appeal this, can i make a suggestion of sending a warning to someone first, as they might not know the rule like me.

Greetings Leppar, we indeed tried to contact you several times, we went as far as to send a message which appears in the middle of your screen in an attempt to get you to answer our whispers but you continued to play and ignored us. Multiboxing is not allowed and will usually result in the ban of one of the accounts, however, since you were uncooperative, a decision was made to ban both.

You were switching between characters quite often, and we contacted the active character several times. Honestly we were rather confused as to why we were not getting an answer.
