This is a modified 1.12.1 server, thus, Variann Wrynn is not there anymore. I can ask the Devs if they can replace this mob by Variann Wrynn, but it is Blizzlike according to 1.12.1 to have Tidelord Rrurgaz in the Sewer, instead of Wrynn.
