[Bug] Recipe - Barbaric Bracers

I've bought the LW pattern for Barbaric Bracers now twice from the LW supply vendor in UC and both times after I used it there was no confirmation "you have learned how to create Barbaric Bracers" and both times my LW wasn't updated. I've check the Ah to see if anyone has posted them and they are also missing from their as well. I think that this isn't just an issue for me and this is an important LW recipe.

Item was added in patch 1.5 and is not in the game yet. However the pattern is, which thus has no effect on your known spellbook.

Ah so 36s because the recipe is available and but doesn't work? And I'm a bit confused. Isn't it patch 1.5 because of the PvP?
