Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello there, I got a friend who needs some advice. When he logs into his account, it doesn't show up with all these Options such as RP servers, and stuff. He chose the server: tsvv2 and aren't able to get it. I got the same problem right there, but I figured out that I just had to play on the Beginners instead. We tried it with him, and now, he is stuck in the tsvv2 server, and cannot choose between servers.
