It seems that Ferocious Bite is bugged:
When I get 5 combo points on a target, damages should be 194-210 + 1 for each extra point of energy so it should be +65 if I've got 100 energy.
However, I'm dealing an average of 227 with 100 energy pts on Snapjaws (which are 4 level below me). Note that I use Faerie Fire on them.
Moreover, I've got the Feral Aggression 4/5 talent (+12% dmg caused by Ferocious Bite)

Therefore 2 things are possible: Ferocious Bite is bugged, or Feral Aggression is bugged.

Ferocious Bit's damage is bugged, it was the exact same way when I played on the Emerald Dream server. I forget what it is, I think it isn't calculating your bonus attack power or something, but it isn't just the talent, the damage of the skill (which is modified by several things; combo points, extra energy, attack power) is not tuned correctly.

If I hit max level and this still isn't working I'll do the research and submit a proper report, hopefully between now and then someone with some time will step up and do the legwork.
