How many hours is the average wait for a ticket response?

well I have made 3 tickets since I started Nos and I never got a reply on any. To be fair, i am not 100% sure that is the case because I never even saw "you have an open ticket pending" element in the UI after completing the ticket. I assumed it was all good because it said "ticket successfully completed"...but ya I never got any replies from a GM . i do use many addons so it may be interefering somehow

You have to make a "Stuck" ticket in order to actually talk to a GM.

I made 2 tickets in one day got a reply to both within 2 hours, so it all depends when you make them (when the GMs are online) and how many players are online then.

I made 2 Tickets while in uldaman yesterday, (21:00 ish Norwegian time). Got response in about 2 minutes.
