Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Upon completing the chain for Kalaran Windblade, ultimately finishing with the quest "Trinkets..." you recieve a chest named "Hoard of the Black Dragonflight". The chest is supposed to reward you with the item Black Dragonflight Molt, which is then used to complete the "A Taste of Flame" quest in Burning Steppes. The chest is currently not rewarding the molt or I am just unlucky.

Exactly the same issue for me. Opened the Box bit didn't receive the Hoard of the Black Dragonflight. At least it's nowhere in my inventory
