Greetings, as we were unable to contact a GM I'll present our case here instead.
Our guild Dreamstate received no loot from Ragnaros aside from gold on our last kill, as can be seen on the screenshot below. Kill took place yesterday, on 29th March at circa 23:41:31 server time.
