Is it against the rules to log onto a friends account?
I read the server rules, and it doesn't mention this in detail.

I want to help my girlfriend do the Bear Druid quest and I wanted to ask before doing it and getting banned or something.

You can log in and play it. What you can't do is login your own account and her account at the same time and help her with your character.
