How to quest as alliance?

I've been trying to figure out how to quest as alliance past 30, and to no avail I have not found a way to not be killed by several horde and be camped. Currently level 52 and unable to move in plaguelands, only way I've been able to get any xp at all is in dungeons. Tips?

On level 52 I've done ungoro, then felwood, then you can move on to winterspring and the plaguelands. Should be no problem.

Not be a cry hard, doing quests, not being a cryharder, farming, not crying more, dungeons, not crying. I think it mainly resides in the "not crying" part.

I kill (or try to) most alliance guys I come across. Most alliance people I came across do the same thing, basically a pvp server.

A quick look at a leveling guide (or wow carto) can show you what zones you'd be able to go...

There's a pretty nifty addon called Vanilla Guide that guides you through the whole leveling process. If you're suffering from World PvP, the whole solution I've got for you is to login at a different time.
