Stuck on developer realm...

Okey heres the thing, i messed up and picked the wrong realm, i get dcd everytime i try to log in, ive trying re installing ive tryed to clear cache, some told me to change the realm list, but the thing is i can't it says i don't have access to do that, so i can modify the realmlist or anything in the folder and i can't create a new one either, someone please help

Try opening the file as an administrator.

Can't open as admin, but i am admin on my pc

Try moving realmlist.wtf out of your world of warcraft folder onto your desktop for example and change it there and then put it back inside your world of warcraft folder.
